This commissioned painting was a custom piece that incorporated a variety of elements. The client was enamored with my baby quail paintings and wanted something similar for their long hallway. I incorporated plants from their backyard – agaves, cacti and even a small sunflower “volunteer” that sprouted near their bird feeder.
